The 2026 BetMGM Premier League gets underway in Newcastle tonight, as Luke Humphries opens his defence of the title at the Utilita Arena.
Night One of the £1.25m tournament will see the quarter-finals, semi-finals and a final played over the best of 11 legs, with ranking points awarded each night to form the league table from which the top four players will progress to Finals Night.
Reigning champion Humphries takes on 2023 runner-up Gerwyn Price in his opening tie, as World Champion Luke Littler meets debutant Gian van Veen in a repeat of last month’s World Championship final.
Seven-time Premier League champion Michael van Gerwen kicks off his campaign against world number seven Stephen Bunting, while 2021 champion Jonny Clayton faces newcomer Josh Rock in the evening’s opener.
The 2026 BetMGM Premier League will be broadcast live on Sky Sports in the UK & Ireland, through the PDC’s worldwide broadcast partners including DAZN and Viaplay, and on PDCTV for Rest of the World Subscribers (outside of the UK, Ireland, Germany, Austria & Switzerland).
