Josh Rock climbed up to seventh in the PDC Werner Rankings Ladder following his Elten Safety Shoes Austrian Darts Open triumph on Sunday.
Rock defeated Doets 8-6 in a scintillating final in Graz to claim his second European Tour title and scoop the £35,000 top prize, resultantly shooting up two places in the world rankings.
The Northern Irishman leapfrogged Gerwyn Price by almost £15,000 following his victory, and is now less than £12,500 behind James Wade in sixth.
The 25-year-old’s first ranking title since April 2025 earned him the same prize money as his semi-final run at the UK Open in March, as Rock became one of five players to have pocketed over £100,000 since the first 2026 ProTour event.
Doets, who finished runner-up at the Austrian Darts Open, flew up to 33rd in the world rankings from 35th, moving up five places since the start of the year.
The Dutchman took home £15,000 for reaching the final in Graz, capping off a sensational week after scooping the same fee for picking up his first PDC ranking title after winning Players Championship 13 just six days prior.
The 28-year-old has earned £98,000 since Players Championship One, a number than can only be bettered by six players, overtaking Joe Cullen and Ricardo Pietreczko in the rankings after his highly successful week.
Niko Springer continues to make inroads in the sport, climbing to 43rd in the world after reaching the last 16 in Graz.
The German rose above Connor Scutt and Scott Williams after taking home £5,000 from the weekend, and has now risen 11 places since the start of the year.
The 25-year-old has featured at every European Tour event so far this year, reaching round three in the last three events while making a quarter-final at the European Darts Trophy in March.
Cristo Reyes’ return to the PDC circuit continues to be a fantastic resurgence, moving up six spots to 79th in the world following his fantastic run to the quarter-finals at the Austrian Darts Open.
The Spaniard claimed £8,000 by reaching the last eight stage – his highest payday since regaining his Tour Card – in a memorable weekend where he struck a nine-dart leg.
The 38-year-old has also reached the last 16 on two other occasions at the European Tour, while Beau Greaves is the only new Tour Card holder to have a higher world ranking than Reyes.
Krzysztof Ratajski rose once again in the PDC Werner Rankings ladder, moving up to 22nd.
The Polish number one has now scaled six places since the start of 2026, despite being knocked out by Michael van Gerwen in round two in Graz.
There was more bad news for Ryan Searle, Dave Chisnall and Dimitri Van den Bergh, who all fell one spot to exacerbate their 2026 campaigns.
Searle fell to 13th, dropping from eighth since the start of the year, whilst Chisnall dropped to 25th after beginning the year in 22nd.
Van den Bergh, meanwhile, fell to 37th, having dropped from 25th at the start of the year. The Belgian has failed to progress beyond round two more than once in this year’s ProTour, and is yet to feature at a European Tour event.
