Sebastian Bialecki created history with a remarkable 38-match unbeaten run on the Winmau Development Tour following his Event 13 triumph, as Cam Crabtree scooped his first title of 2026 on Saturday in Milton Keynes.
Bialecki – who has won five of the 14 titles on offer in the circuit in 2026 – claimed his fourth consecutive crown at Arena MK in winning Event 13.
The Polish number two had won a magnificent 26 games straight entering Saturday’s action, before storming to nine more victories to earn a record-breaking fourth title on the spin.
Bialecki conceded just two legs in his opening three matches, accounting for Dylan Slevin, Jay Brack and Nigel Coudeville in the process.
The 22-year-old then brushed off Owen Roelofs to reach the last 32, where he faced his greatest test of the event, surviving a match dart to defeat Connor Hopkins in a last-leg decider.
In the last 16, Bialecki saw off Jamai van den Herik, before blasting past Florian Pries and Event 11 runner-up David Fidler to reach yet another final on the Development Tour.
The former UK Open quarter-finalist defeated Leon Weber 5-2 in the final to cap off another stellar event and claim Event 13 with little difficulty.
Bialecki won three more matches in Event 14 to extend his spectacular winning run on the circuit to 38 matches – demolishing the previous record of 23 matches set by Wessel Nijman.
However, it was Crabtree who scooped the Event 14 title, after an impressive day at the oche.
The 2025 Development Tour winner ceded just two legs in reaching the last 64, including an impressive whitewash win over Henry Coates in his second match of the event.
The 22-year-old then downed Wales’ Kai Clark 4-2 and defied an astute performance from James Buckby to triumph 4-1, before whitewashing Coudeville to reach the quarter-finals.
Crabtree continued to march forward, accounting for Cole Davey in the last eight 5-2, before confirming his third Development Tour final of the year with a 5-1 win and 99.39 average against Archie Self.
A showdown with recent ProTour quarter-finalist Nathan Potter awaited, where Crabtree edged through a last-leg decider with a 14-dart leg to win his first title of the year.
Fidler’s 105.47 average against Coates in their last 16 clash in Event 13 was the highest of the day, before the Czech bowed out to Bialecki in the semi-finals.
Event 13 runner-up Weber lost his first final of the 2026 Development Tour, having scooped two titles earlier in the year.
Bialecki’s continued dominance on the circuit means he stands head and shoulders atop of the Development Tour rankings on £19,900 – over double that of second-placed Jack Drayton, while Weber is in third.
This weekend’s Winmau Development Tour action continues on Sunday June 7 with Event 15, before returning in Hildesheim from July 31-August 2.
The top two players from the 2026 Development Tour rankings will each win a PDC Tour Card for 2027-28, while the top three ranked players will earn a place in the 2026/27 Paddy Power World Darts Championship.
