Raymond Smith and Brody Klinge continued their duopoly on the Australian Darts Association Tour last weekend, picking up two titles each across Events 9-12.
The third instalment of the 2026 Australian Darts Association Tour action took place in Sandgate, Brisbane, with Klinge claiming the titles in Events Nine and Ten.
Klinge conceded just two legs in reaching the quarter-finals, picking up three victories with averages over 90 in all three matches.
The 33-year-old battled past Matt Mullen 6-4 before downing Michael Bajowski 6-3 with a 97 average, setting up a final against his great rival Smith.
There, Klinge edged to the title in a last-leg decider, taking out a 15-dart hold to scoop Event Nine.
More glory followed in Event Ten for Klinge, who scooped his ninth ADA Tour title after defeating Smith once again in the showpiece.
Averages of 99.10 and 98.70 gave Klinge comfortable wins to kick off the event, before a hard-fought win over Stuart Coburn.
Klinge then whitewashed 2025 DPA Tour ranking champion Joe Comito in the last eight and defeated last year’s ADA Tour topper Tim Pusey in the semi-finals, before toppling Smith once again in the final courtesy of a 97 average.
Nevertheless, Smith got his revenge in Events 11 and 12, defeating Klinge in the finals of both events to stay within touching distance at the top of the rankings.
The 2025 ANZ Premier League runner-up conceded just six legs in reaching the last four, where he saw off Jeremy Fagg 6-3 with a 97.41 average.
Smith earned victory in the final over Klinge through a last-leg decider, surviving a match dart and taking out 101 to take the title.
A similar pattern followed in Event 12, with Smith dominating through his opening four matches and not conceding a set until the last four, where he once again saw off Fagg to reach the showpiece.
The Melbourne-based arrowsmith was once again taken to a deciding-leg against Klinge, where Smith cooly took out a 13-dart hold to claim his ninth-career ADA title.
In the rankings, Smith remains just $100 behind Klinge at the summit of the standings, with the winner guaranteed a spot at Alexandra Palace at the 2026/27 Paddy Power World Darts Championship.
The 2026 Australian Darts Association Tour continues next month, as Events 13-16 take place in Melton on the weekend of June 27-28.
