Australian legend Simon Whitlock will make his big stage return when the 2026 World Series of Darts returns to Oceania in August.

The PDC’s annual trip Down Under will begin with the SkyCity New Zealand Darts Masters in Auckland on August 14-15, before Wollongong’s WIN Entertainment Centre plays host to the KenoGO Australian Darts Masters on August 21-22.

Each World Series of Darts event will see a 16-player field competing over two days of action, as eight PDC superstars lock horns with eight Oceanic representatives.

Australian icon Whitlock – the reigning ANZ Premier League champion – will be amongst the headline acts in August’s double-header, as he makes his first big stage appearance since last year’s World Darts Championship.

The former European Champion will star alongside newcomer Adam Leek, who secured his PDC Tour Card at UK Qualifying School in January.

The 27-year-old has displayed glimpses of his potential on the ProTour circuit, and he will partner Australian number one Damon Heta at next month’s World Cup of Darts in Frankfurt.

The remaining six Oceanic qualifiers will be confirmed over the coming months, while the list of PDC representatives are set to be announced in due course.
