The Dabble Darts ANZ Premier League will return in 2026, as Australian legend Simon Whitlock targets back-to-back titles on home soil.
Following the success of last year’s inaugural edition, eight stars from Australia and New Zealand will go head-to-head across six nights from September 26-October 31, televised live on Foxtel & Kayo Sports in Australia, through Sky in New Zealand and globally on PDCTV.
Reigning champion Whitlock defeated Raymond Smith to triumph in last year’s showpiece, and the former World Cup winner will once again headline this year’s line-up.
Joining Whitlock in travelling Down Under will be Russ ‘The Voice’ Bray, the legendary referee who was inducted into the PDC Hall of Fame in 2024.
The Trans-Tasman Championship winner will also feature in the eight-player field, alongside the top four non-qualified players from the final ADA rankings, and the top two non-qualified players from the final DPNZ rankings.
Each league night will feature quarter-finals, semi-finals and a final – before the top four players from the final league table progress to Finals Night in Brisbane on October 31.
The Oceanic stars will compete for the $30,000 top prize and a place at the 2026/27 World Darts Championship, with the winner also assured of a place in November’s Grand Slam of Darts.
The 2026 ANZ Premier League will begin at the AIS Arena in Canberra on September 26, before the Adelaide Entertainment Centre plays host to Night Two on October 3.
Night Three will take place at Melbourne’s Margaret Court Arena on October 10, before the roadshow rolls into Auckland, New Zealand for Night Four on October 16.
The action then moves to the Newcastle Entertainment Centre on October 24, as the race to qualify for Finals Night reaches its climax.
Following five nights of league phase action, the top four players will battle it out for the coveted title at the Brisbane Entertainment Centre on October 31, with Alexandra Palace qualification also on the line.
