Xiaochen Zong extended his lead at the top of the China ProTour rankings after cruising to all four titles on offer at Events 13-16 last weekend.
Zong claimed all four titles in a bumper weekend of action in Harbin, moving almost $4000 clear at the top of the standings with four events to go.
The 28-year-old kicked off his weekend with Event 13 success, conceding just four legs in three victories to reach the semi-finals before downing Lihao Wen 5-3.
The reigning China Championship winner then saw off Xicheng Han 5-3 with his best performance of the event to pick up his first title of the weekend.
Event 14 saw more joy for Zong on Saturday, despite some closer contests at the start of his campaign.
After downing Pengyu Sun 4-2, Zong survived last-leg deciders against Texi Fan and Zhiwei Lin to edge into the semi-finals, including a three-leg flurry to come back from 3-1 down against Lin.
Zong’s dominance resumed in his final two matches, recording consecutive 90+ averages to whitewash Han and defeat Junlong Yin 5-1 to claim his second title of the day.
The success continued on Sunday for Zong, winning another five consecutive matches to take home the Event 15 crown.
The China Premier League champion defeated Bin Zheng in a last-leg decider and Jizhou Li en route to another final, where he swept aside Yuyi Shao 5-2.
Zong completed the clean sweep of four titles in Event 16, creeping past Tianxiao Cao 5-4 in the showpiece.
After recording a 91 average to down Chenhui Pan in his opening fixture, Zong recorded a last-leg deciding victory over Zheng and saw off Tong Xu to reach a fourth final of the weekend.
The 28-year-old trailed Cao 4-3, before reeling off two legs straight to secure an astonishing four titles in four events and his eighth of 2026.
Zong sits on $9450 in first place on the China ProTour rankings, with Zhan and Wen in second and third respectively.
The final four events of the China ProTour will take place from October 31 to November 2, with the China Championship also taking place.
